Loan application information

 When applying for a loan, you will need:

 1.           Copy of Accepted Earnest Money Contract.

2.           Copy of Social Security Cards & Texas Drivers License.

3.           Residence Addresses for Past Seven Years.

4.           Name and Address of Employers for the Past Two Years with W-2’s, 1099, etc.

5.           Last Two Pay Stubs Showing Gross Monthly Salary and all Deductions.

6.           Name, Addresses, Account Numbers and Balances of all Checking & Savings Accounts.

7.           Last Three Statements on all Checking, Savings, Investments, IRA, etc.

8.           Names, Addresses, Account Numbers, balances on all Open Charge Accounts (Credit Cards).

9.           Addresses, Loan Information and Lease Agreements on all Other Real Estate Owned.

10.       Estimate Value of all Personal Property.

11.       Face Value of Life Insurance, Retirement Accounts, Profit Sharing Accounts and Cash Value.

12.       Certificate of Eligibility and/or DD 214 and/or Statement of Service for VA Loans.

13.       Money for Appraisal and Credit Report – FREE! Credit Report With ASAP Financial Services.

14.       If Self Employed: Two Years Tax Return.

15.       If a Corporation or Partnership: #14 for Individuals, Corporation and/or Partners.

16.       COMPLETE COPY OF BANKRUPTCY PAPERS INCLUDING DISCHARGE

17.       DIVORCE DECREE AND SEPARATION AGREEMENT

18.       LETTER OF EXPLANATION FOR GAP IN EMPLOYMENT
